TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our prints are produced by XY, specialists in archival fine art prints. They are printed using an Epson 9900 printer using archival quality inks onto high grade fine art paper (100% Cotton). Each limited edition print is signed and numbered by Christoph Eberle.
All prints are unframed and sent to you rolled in a toughened mailing tube. All prices include packing and postage
Subscribe to our newsletter if you’d like to be informed when a new print is going to be released.
Forms of Payment
All payment is made via paypal. All prices are in Euro.
We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address when signing up for our newsletter, we only send emails related to Jeremy Geddes’, – at the most we send only 6 emails a year.
All items will be shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged
Portfolio Sets are sent by regular post and are not trackable. The post usually takes 7 to 10 working days. If your Portfolio set does not arrive within one month please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Print orders will take longer and will be indicated on the listing. You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out.
Limited Edition Prints are sent by “Pack and Track” and limited tracking is available. The post usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
Please Note – once we send out your print it is in the hands of the postal service – please contact the postal service in your country with your registered post number or check the tracking feature on their website to get more info on the location of your package.
The timeframe listed above are estimates and it sometimes arrives sooner or takes longer depending on customs or the postal company in your country.
Postage is included in the cost of all items and is not calculated separately
Please Note – customers pay for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses – we ship to your PAYPAL ADDRESS – refunds for your order can not be made due to this.
*If a note is left for a different shipping address please make sure you get a confirmation, if there is no confirmation from me by the end of the business day, it means we may of not received the changes – so please send an email at
